Governor Mills is still on the ballot for the June 9th Democratic primary and she has not conceded to nor endorsed any of her opponents (she has endorsed Hannah Pingree to replace her a Governor) nor has she filled out the required paperwork to officially withdraw from the race. She has stated that tho she ran out of funding (after passing the millionaires' tax) she's still got a lot of fight left in her.
